These disclaimers support our policy and are intended to provide our customers with a better understanding and greater transparency. By scheduling or receiving services from Majestic Auto Detailing Services LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms:

• Detailing prices are starting prices and can change upon vehicle inspection.

• Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, dog hair, etc.

• Customers should remove all personal items from their vehicle before their appointment. Please empty all compartments, as we only detail empty spaces. Additional fees may be charged if belongings are not removed. Majestic Auto Detailing Services LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.

• Majestic Auto Detailing Services LLC is not liable/responsible for malfunction/damage of any mechanical components or electronic components, upholstery damage, broken/damaged interior parts, or faded/damaged plastics.

• Car seat(s) should be removed prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for the reinstallation of car seats.

• Majestic Auto Detailing Services LLC is not liable/responsible for any dents, deep scratches, defective paint, rock chips, broken/damaged parts, dead batteries,s or any mechanical/electrical failures or damages.

• Vehicles must have enough fuel for our pick-up/drop-off service to transport the vehicle to and from each location(s). Additional fees will apply for vehicles with no gas.

• Engine Bay cleaning is performed using water and chemicals. Majestic Auto Detailing Services LLC will not be responsible for any electric/mechanical damages/failures that occur before/during/after cleaning of the engine bay and compartment.

• If you have a concern about your service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.

• Liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service performed.
